Mr. Vijay Raman K R is a Director of our Company, a qualified Chartered Accountant, who bagged all India 27th rank in the year 1992, Bachelors in Physics from University of Madras, Chennai in the year 1989. He is a versatile, high-energy professional, successful in achieving business growth objectives, targeting assignments as Finance/Accounts & General Management. He is visionary, strategist & tactician with consistent record of delivering results in growth, revenue, operational performance and profitability.

He is a high-energy, result-oriented, focused Finance & Accounting professional with nearly 23 years of rich global experience in entire gamut of finance & accounts in India, West Africa & United Arab Emirates. He has merit of having worked in multi-cultural environment & different verticals entailing Manufacturing, Shipping, Timber (Logging), Travel & Tourism, Construction and Software Development (including Finance, HR, Logistics, ERP implementation, operations and so on). He has a great track record in formulating financial, budgeting plans & strategies, developing business & financial model for the organization with an aim to accomplish organizational goals.

He has a great experience in:

  • Formulating & implementing 5 year business plans, financial accounting & planning, cash flow management, financial & profit analysis working capital management, project financing, budgeting
  • ERP Implementations commencing from evaluations, GAP analysis to project management, Company formations (UAE), managing of legal matters

Mrs. Lakshmi Chandra has MBA degree from Rutgers University, NJ, USA and a graduate of Madras University. She has accomplished herself as an entrepreneur having managed several enterprises in the USA. She is also an artist focused digital technologies.

Mrs Chandra has lived in India since 1986 and is involved in a number of charities supporting education of underprivileged children. She also heads Trisaraa trust which promotes Indian classical music and dance in the National capital.

Her efficiency in planning good business development strategies along with marketing will help to grow our company. As an Executive Director, she provides strategic guidance to enhance the company's growth potential, globally.


Nitin Kishore Boricha Whole Time Director of the Company and a commerce graduate is our very own Mumbaikar, possesses great management skills

He is kind hearted but sharp businessman. Binding the team is his real forte. His delivery of work is absolutely perfect even under stressful pressure. He has worked for some of the biggest events in india.

Nitin with his huge experience, he is certainly here to give tough competition to the well established fellow companies in the market.


Ms. Sonal Bhatt, aged 31 years is one of our Independent Director. Miss Sonal has a bachelor's degree in Commerce from Mumbai University. Miss. Sonal is having 5 years of experience in different positions and appointed as Executive Director in our company on 1st November, 2010.

Mr. Yogesh Kumar Rawal, 27, has done a Bachelor degree in Commerce and got huge experience in the fields of Accounts, Taxation and Management.


Company Secretary & Compliance Officer

Mr. Prashant Agarwal is a Whole Time Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company. He is a versatile personality having experience of around 4 years in the field of Taxation, Accounting, Secretarial Compliances and other ROC matters of the Company. He is a high-energy, result-oriented, focused professional.
